Well, since you didn't post any log file examples, we'll just have to guess what kind of mistakes you might have made...

If running the console client, this isn't possible. The console client saves it's data files in the same folder where the client is located.

If running a single Systray client, it creates a default directory in which to store the data. If you run more than one Systray client, then you needed to do some custom installation stuff, like creating a custom shortcut, with a custom "Start In" directory, like the one you mentioned. If you didn't do that correctly, you can get the problems that you reported.

If you didn't do the custom installs, and tried to run 2 clients from the same location, then that can also have unexpected results. So WTF? Why didn't you follow the directions on the Stanford web page for installing multiple Systray clients? ;)

LOL, yes I'm quite the dum@ss sometimes but this is and was all set up right..kinda :e?:
This is the systray version and I had the shortcut setup like thiis.

"C:\Program Files\Folding@home\Folding@home-gpu\Folding@home.exe" -gpu 0
"C:\Documents and Settings\steve\Application Data\Folding@home-gpu"

"C:\Program Files\Folding@home\Folding@home-gpu\Folding@home.exe" -gpu 1 -forcegpu nvidia_g80"
"C:\Documents and Settings\steve\Application Data\Folding@home-gpu2"

And yes , PC "A "was sending it.s results to PC "B". The logfile in A was only about 53KB in size..
In PC "B" it was 349kb on the pretext and about the same on the current text.
Both these PCs was reformated and folding was setup a couple weeks ago.

The only thing I think I did wrong was copy and paste the shortcut info.
I got it running right now by shutting down both pcs and in the the (start in) part of the shortcut of PC "B"
I took my name out and put (owner) in place of it and all the info is going to the right places now...
