When I move my mouse over the F@H symbol in my system tray, it occaisonally displays:
CPU - F@H: Number of Units Completed: (##)

And sometimes:
CPU - F@H: Working (##/##)

Is there a way to make it show ONLY the latter?

No.

When a WU is actively processing, it should show Working (##/##).
When a WU has finished and an new assignment is being downloaded, it should show Units Completed: (##).
