I found this work unit this morning on one of my headless machines. The console message included "Water molecule starting at atom 132199 cannot be settled. Water molecule starting at atom 60856 cannot be settled." This was not in the log, nothing in the log suggested a problem. This happened at step zero, apparently before any work was done.
I tried restarting it a few times, same result.
I tried deleting the queue to get a new work unit, got the same one again five times with the same result. I have to leave for work, so will let this machine idle today.
