Hello,

I'did not know, where to Post my question, so I'm trying it here.

When I enter my Donor-Name (Kyruss) I can see that I belong to a Team, but I have never entered a Team or foundet one. How can it be, that I'm a member of the Diy-Community.de, with out having anything to do with them?

Hopefully someone can tell me what to do, cause I want to get rid of this......

THX
Kyruss

Could be another person with the same name.

Make sure you didn't accidently add a team number.

Default team 0 might be considered as a kind of team ... all folder who didn't pick a team belongs to this "team".

There was another Kryuss that stopped folding under that name in January/09:

I guess that means you add a letter or number to your name.

Hello,
thanke You for your reply's.

I'm the one with the teamnumber 0.

I was just wondering how it is possible, that a donor name is used twice.
I also asked the group of the other Kyruss, its a German Forum where they build there own Video-Beamer, but got no reply.

Regards
Matthias

There's no prevention of a username being used twice since donors often change teams but want to keep the same username. Since usernames aren't linked to an email address or anything, there's no real way to stop someone else from using your name. You can request a passkey from Stanford via an email account, and if you use a passkey Stanford can identify your contributions under a particular username/team# from someone else using the same username/team# (assuming they don't find out what your passkey is, which means don't post it anywhere), but the general stats will probably show the combined sum of yours and previous donors under that name regardless of passkey information.
