I am having a very dificult time trying to uninstall console client and its services.

Please Help.

Once in the Folding@home directory, run .\FAH50x-Console -local -configonlyr (where x is the numbe you should have seen in taskmanager)

x is the problem, taskmanager while running F@H is FahCore_78.exe *32 and Folding@home-Win32-x86.exe *32

(where x is the number you should have seen in taskmanager)
.\FAH50x-Console -local -configonly
There are alot of numbers in task manager.

I am Stumppped

How would I go on about this probably simple little cmd?

I tried
.\FAH5078-Console -local -configonly
.\FAH50x86-Console -local -configonly

is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

The instructions you're trying to follow were correct for the V5 client and should be updated for V6.

The easiest option is to duplicate a shortcut that was used originally to run the client and modify it to add -configonly after the *.exe. If that shortcut cannot be found, you might try: .\Folding@home-Win32-x86.exe -configonly but that assumes a certain type of installation which may or may apply to you.

Your best bet is to post the first page of FAHlog.txt and we can recommend the best option.
