may I use F@h programms on my web for download? Is it legal?

No, the EULA (End-User License Agreement) says that only Stanford and the project's hardware partners are authorized to distribute the F@H software.
I encourage you to put a link on your website to the
ordinary clients F@H download page noting that high performance clients (e.g. SMP, GPU) and clients for older,slower machines are described near the bottom of the page. Notice that this is the English language download page - if you prefer a different localization (was that Czech in your last post? or perhaps Hungarian?) , take a look at what's available on the left sidebar.
Linking to the page will also let the F@H website judge which client to offer to the person who follows the link. Depending on the browser, a script on the page recommends Windows, OSX or Linux clients.

ok, so I only used 3 links.... homepage, cpu clients and gpu/hi performance clients
czech language is not on side bar. so i ned to prepare tutorial in czech.

All the existing translations you see on that page are from contributors. If you wanted to translate the existing pages, Stanford will gladly add them to their web site. Send a PM to user vvoelz if interested.
