Access to 171.64.65.103

Hi,
Just seem to be having a few problems getting work from this server at the moment. The problem appeared this morning ( my time is 12+ UTC ) and I just put it down to the expected server maintenance, but I am still experiencing periodic problems accessing this server.
The server status page doesn't appear to be showing anything untoward.
I've included an edited log file below.
