How do I get the nvidia bug report number?

Which website were you using for bug report? I used this one:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/driverqual ... rance.html

Or we can post in the feedback thread
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topi ... 11-28-16-/
There it is already listed:
"Incorrect F@H work units after update to R375 drivers"

By the way even bad news can be good to have news at all.
Every user that has problems with current nvidia drivers in general and reads the the geforce forum
can read: "folding@home not working" and think: "hmm, what was folding again, maybe I try it"

I've just submitted this issue using: NVIDIA Display Driver Feedback Form

I did not get a bug report number (I don't know if I will get one via e-mail ?)

I submitted "feedback" via:
http://surveys.nvidia.com/index.jsp?pi= ... 94a40f8ac6.

That's not considered a "bug report" though so you don't get a number. At least the more reports, the more chances someone will notice, though it's quite clear that nVidia is aware of the issue and hopefully working on it (according to their forum). I'm sure OEMs and partners have access to a different system, but I couldn't find anything else available to the general Joe.

I think between the feedback forms and posting to the Nvidia dev forums, the path to an actual "bug report" seems unclear. That's why, especially after the feedback form rejected my IP, I decided to post to the dev forum. Surely one of these two paths should get through to somebody...........

I'm on it Bruce, haven't had any time lately to figure out why my PPD have been so bad lately, however with today's latest NV driver install/crash I'll start a paper trail of my own.

No good. A few of us tried them to no avail.

^This ^, is where I'm at.

As Bruce and others have mentioned, Driver Version 373.06 seems to work properly.

Yes, it's one of the last without the issue ...

You know, would it be possible to introduce a runtime parameter or a configuration that would allow people who want more current drivers to prefer cores other than 0x21? Maybe 0x18?

No.

Longer answer - That would require adding code to the client and server software. In the end it would be be only useful as long as Core_18 work lasted, or until nVidia fixed their drivers.

So v376.06 is also bad. That's one sour note! What more can be said? No telling when Nvidia can or will resolve this, and there doesn't seem to be any hope F@H can resolve it. I wonder how many of us have this problem and don't even know their folding has stopped. In the meantime, I'm using v373.06, which seems to work Ok.
Yes, 373.06 works great. I don't know what nVidia did starting with 375.xx (it was not something trivial), but FAH aside, performance is also much better in the few games I play these days as well compared to 375.xx/376.xx...

So, my GTX670 wasn't folding, so I figured I'd roll back the drivers (currently on 376.09) before work. Ran out of time, but I had shut down the client. Restarted the client just before I left for work, and when I got home, my card was folding along, apparently happily. Working on a Core_21 unit, if that makes any difference.

Now I'm debating if I want to roll back now, or wait until it stalls again.
