I have issues downloading WUs (they never start the download) and uploading WUs (they apparently finish uploading and I'm given credit, but the client never completes the upload and sticks on the screen)
Here's a sample of what happens when a download is attempted:

Well that would explain it, I guess. Having spent 20 years in a Public School Division IT Department, I know better than to ask if they have an ETA on a resolution. I'll wait patiently for better news.
