I got a new computer in august and at first i was only running one classic counsel client with no problem. last saturday i added 3 more classic counsel clients, with correct machine id numbers, and i can't upload any of my work. I've finished 4 or 5 folds with each of the 4 cores but I can't upload, not even with the first one that used to work fine. My folding name is Grego13. Did I do something wrong or am I just getting bad work servers? What is status 500?

Hello Grego, welcome to the forum.

When all the clients on one computer do the same thing, then it's most likely something like a router or firewall blocking the connection. Did you change any network settings, proxy settings, etc?

No I didn't change anything. I am still receiving work units but still unable to upload results. I will check my firewall and antivirus. Also I'm still running a classic systray client on my old computer that is working fine .

Posting more of the fahlog would be helpful, especially the part where the client starts up, starting with ###############.

You are right 7im, I shut down Zone Alarm firewall and turned on the windows firewall - then rebooted the 4 counsel clients and all the results were sent sucessfully. Thanks for your help. Greg

I see no reason to continue folding on this machine until this issue is resolved. All I'm doing is slowing the project down.

I will be shutting it down after the current WU is finished.
