Perhaps the default should be to display a non-techy version for people like me who do not program in html or otherwise!

Actually Tesco displays nothing, it appears due to a fault.

The log has to be detailed enough to be useful for troubleshooting. The non-techy info is shown on the web client but when you dig into the logs, you're getting more detailed information. It wouldn't be too difficult to add a way to dynamically change the log-level in the web client when you view the logs, but no one has written that into the code since most people who aren't techy don't read that much into the logs.

You are more than welcome to GitHub it.
We had plenty of heated discussions about the way v8 is telling things in the logs. Safe to say, we lost :D
