There is a combination of things that go into a FAH work server.
I am the site owner of FAH1.INNOVATR.CA - it is located in a Cisco lab facility with a dedicated internet connection for just FAH, we built this box way back when the team needed more and more resources. The machine itself is a beast, with 50TB of SSD on board, tons of memory and CPU.
The challenge is that deploying new work servers isn't a straight forward activity, and the FAH team is working hard to keep the boxes healthy, working hard, collecting data.... but also full of work units. The fact the network is so distributed creates the challenge. It's one thing to have massive PB data sets, it's another thing to now have huge data sets and distributing them all over the place.
If you are not hearing back from the FAH team - don't worry, it is because they ARE in fact working on things.
