Generally speaking, we recommend level 3 since it provides us with ample of information to help in troubleshooting. Anything higher just adds unnecessary text which makes troubleshooting harder.

I have read quite a few donors have been able to send WUs and also download new ones. Thus, the situation is improving. I have read that one of the Server was restarted which allowed it to be functional so I would suggest that you give it a go now and see what happens

scatman, you may need to disable the integrated graphics to get the system to use the dedicated, this is done in bios
