Log out from your account on that PC and log back in. Client should offer you to link it.
If that doesn't work, uninstal fahclient, reinstall it, log in to your account and it should offer to link it to your account

i did all things as you just said... many times.
but it's still with same issue

why no video card detected? while im using normally in win11

So you have any "security" extensions on your browser? What browser is it? Any pop up blockers? Or some super restricted modes? Have you tried different browser.
Also, you could try following:
Uninstall the client, go to C:\ProgramData\Fah-client, and delete everything inside of it, if there is anything. Disable any adblockers or pop up blockers on your browser for v8-4.foldingathome.org URL.
Install the client again, log into it through web UI and hopefully it should prompt you to link this computer to your account

i've folding for years, with this PC about 2 years 24/7. so no any blocker or sth restricted. just face this issue for 1 days when updated to v8.4.9

just logout acc, uninstall client, del everything in program file, restart PC, install client, login acc ,... no work... im so freaking with this...

now, adding gtx 960 with 3080ti, still no video card detected at all, unable to link too, click on the chain but nothing works, while they both appear working properly in window device management

What browser?
You folding for years, makes no difference if you are using new client.

chrome, edge... same issue

folding for years, what i mean is im not newbie about some basic task like blocker or restricted or antivirus, install, uninstall, web browser...... i tried all of them

also tried to logon acc on another PC, it doesnt see this PC (because unable to link, i think so). And the biggest problem is why no video card detected??? it must be the client problem, not the PC.

If you are monitoring the problematic PC from remote computer, and problematic PC is not linked to your account that computer will not show up or it will show up without any resources since it has not been linked properly.
So now, let's get back to the basics, to make sure that no one is mixing what is what.
Go to each of those computers, and rename them to "MainPC (linked)" and "RemotePC". Don't worry you can rename them back to whatever you like later.
You can change the names by going to each computers client settings pages and changing the name at the top and then click save. Then go back to the settings of each computer, from physical access, take screenshots of both computers Settings page. Post it here.

If you want to link errorPC, you need to click the chain icon at right of machine name in the settings page.

i did click on that chain, but nothing happened, no link at all

and the point is why the errorPC doesnt detect my both card 3080ti and gtx 960?

In main machine page of the errorPC, click on icon with the i in it.
That might tell us why you are not seeing shy hardware.
I take it drivers are installed on that PC?

In regards to linking, let's do something completely crazy. Finish all the work on linked pc, and then unlink it. The. Go to your errorPC, reinstall fahclient, log in, see if the damn thing links itself. Then try linking you former good pc which you unlinked yourself.
If things are still not linking, open browser console, and while you are clicking on the chain icon, observe any console output in red

i think we need to make this situation clearer
- we have 2 problems
- 1st is The client cannot detect my 2 video cards, 3080ti and gtx960. And we need to solve this problem first. the PC is working well, 2 cards showed in device management working properly.
- 2nd is my acc cannot link the errorPC, this will be 2nd priority.

lolll i tried this simple

reinstall client v7.6.21, then everything OK, the client works well as usual, detected cpu, 2 gpus and folding well.

for few days, ill try to uninstall v7 then reinstall v8 again
