It seems that a lot of GPU problems revolve around specific versions of drivers. Though AMD has their own support structure, you can often learn from information reported by others who fold.

Ok,
FAH is not using Index values anymore. Instead it uses pci-slot and pci-bus.
Your system info is showing pci-bus with value of -61, which I doubt is correct.
Go into BIOS and if possible look for something which allows you to choose primary display adapter. I believe you only have one adapter, which is iGPU, but who knows maybe BIOS coder added the option to select external GPU as primary, and while that GPU does not exist, it might mess things up. Other than that I have no idea what is going on.
So try BIOS, if no success after reboot, go back to Configure, GPU Slot, and in Extra Slot options Add
pci-slot
0
pci-bus
-61
That -61 value is the problem. Not sure why. So anyways, if that does not help. Then take that GPU Z screenshot, launch Adrenalin drivers, top right corner you have this bug looking icon (Bug Report Utility). Click on that and fill in the bug report.
Thanks for your time! Unfortunately I didn't see anything related to display and Graphic cards in BIOS. Considering this laptop series doesnt't have models with discrete graphics, probably this is not the problem. After I add options of pci-slot and pci-bus and restart, FAH still cannot find the GPU.

I checked applications in Windows 11 and there is AMD chipset software. And from the date of installation I can see it was updated yesterday as I updated Adrenalion software.
Strangely, the program of Einstein@home - 'All-Sky Gravitational Wave search on 03 1.04 (GW-opencl-ati)' runs properly on my GPU. (yeah my computer functions very well except this FAH problem...) But anyway, I will report this problem to AMD with the sentences you wrote, since it must be a bug that GPU-Z cannot detect opencl.
Adrenalin does not carry all the essentials the chipset driver brings
Try updating chipset. It won't hurt. I assume every single device in Device Manager is accounted for and has no exclamation marks or question marks or is missing any drivers?

I just went to AMD website and realized that what I downloaded previously is an Auto-Detect drivers tool for both graphics and chipset, so I think the chipset driver has been installed properly. I have reported the bug to AMD and left my email according to your hand-by-hand tutorial (many thanks about that! ). But I received neither the problem track id nor the confirmation email from AMD.
You are not going to receive confirmation email
I still urge you to check Device manager and download chipset driver and reinstall it. Something is not installed correctly on your system

Oh I forgot to mention that each device inside my laptop looks good in device manager - no exclamation marks and no question marks. And I tried to install chipset software from AMD website, but I was directed to the download page which I have downloaded before. (https://www.amd.com/en/support)
