Alder Lake i5-12600K, 6 P cores, 4 E cores, 16 logical, running Fah with 14 threads, seems to be doing 240K, so this is curious

14 threads is definitely a bad choice for your CPU ... Try 12 instead.

I'm folding on a 12700F under Linux with 6 threads and getting around 429K.
I also need to get Process Lasso on my gaming machine with a 5950X as CPU folding on that is terrible by default on Win 11 as it constantly jumps between CCX tanking performance.
