Hi all, thanks for the updates on this. Just getting back into the office after a week out. Checking on this now and will report back when I know more.

FYI my WU did finally upload just a bit ago, now we seem to be getting the opposite problem... no WUs for GPUs.

Excellent, we had a mass server update over the weekend which may have lead to this backup and also the lack of WUs. Are you able to secure work now?

GPU units are going out, but they largely aren't yours at the time of posting. They seem to be 178xx and 1800x from Rafal Wiewiora.

Perfect! So long as the WU are going out we should be all good. I'm still recording assignments on our end so I'm hopeful that we are back to a stable state.

Please try to completely uninstall Anti Virus software and upload WU again.
There are same problems on my PC like you, after uninstalling Anti Virus software, it work well.

Not a good idea to have no antivirus app on a PC connected to the internet, especially if you download software

Every internet security application should have an option for exceptions (a list of files/folder which the application does not monitor).
Where it is located varies between applications.
You should really be adding the FAHClient data folder to this list so it doesn't mistake FAH activity for malicious activity.

For clients 7.6.21 the data folder should be C:\ProgramData\FAHClient
For clients prior too 7.6.21 the data folder should be C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\FAHClient
If you are running a custom configuration you should be adding that custom data folder location to your internet security exceptions.

Kaspersky AV has been known to periodically have problems with F@H, problems which have been solved and then re-appeared. If you're running Windows 10, you have anti-malware protection and a firewall built into the OS. Letting a Russian company control the security of your computer is a topic for a different day.
