Glad it's solved! I hope there is a bugfix for this coming in the next version.
Does anyone here know whether we need to report this bug? Or will the issue be picked up by someone reading the forums?

The real answer to that question comes by looking at
https://github.com/FoldingAtHome/fah-issues or related github repositories. If it's documented there, it'll get processed. If it only was discussed here, it probably won't.
