That Mobo is at the budget end of the range and does not have the greatest cooling solution for its vrm's or chipset. Whilst it can run a 3900x, running at full power for long periods will cause things to overheat. As other have suggested get some additional cooling pointed at the chipset and vrm's and cut down the number of threads you are folding on cpu wise.
Long term I would suggest looking at saving up for a better mobo.
