Where did you get the information that this is a little slow? 5 hours is not unexpected.
FAH computes different WUs in widely varying amounts of time. It depends on the total numbers of atoms in the protein AND on the characteristics of your computer. Deadlines for individual projects vary from a fraction of a day to as much as 20 days. See

I just saw that the unit was 5 times the size of the cpu unit so this seems like it might be right.

What do "Estimated TPF" and "Estimated PPD" say when you select the GPU slot? (Let it work for about 5% at least.)

You also might consider the fact that if one WU has N atoms and another WU has 5*N atoms, that means that there might be the need to calculate a lot more than 5x as many forces between
pairs of atoms
