Ok. Maybe I was a bit to overzealous in that last reply. The webcontrol is working in firefox (not Brave) but the FAHControl (or Advanced Control per the icon in the tray) is still Client: local Connecting Inactive. Can you only run the web control or the advanced control? Is it an either or? Anyhow, via the web control it has me connected and has work units, so its working in a general sense. We're 1000% better than when we started. But I'll keep tinkering to see if I can get full functionality.
N00b running an AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx , But hey, Every little bit helps right?

You can have the Web Control and FAHControl working at the same time. I am not sure what could be blocking FAHControl but allowing WebControl.

Has FAHControl been open the entire time? If the client gets restarted, it often doesn't pick that up and does not attempt a reconnect (not sure if that is a bug, or by design).
Closing FAHControl and restarting it via right click on the tray icon -> Advanced Control does the trick for me.
