Well.. that is an explanation sure.. but, if there are more donors than work, then is this even needed? I mean i came here thinking that there was a huge need for pc power.. but seems like there isnt enough jobs for it. And havent this existed since 2000? I remember using it back then, so these issues should have had enough time to be delt with. Or maybe im seeing it wrong.
However, with the influx of new users, the foreseeable future became yesterday.
Please keep in mind that this is volunteer work which costs time, and money, to run.
You wouldn't personally book half of Amazon's AWS for years "just in case", would you?
