HFM.net and Teamviewer are commonly used. I just added links to tutorials for both of those to the end of my article. Just scroll down to the Addendum at the bottom.

Glad that worked for you. I sometimes run 6 CPU cores instead of 4 for more points, but with 6 cores dedicated to CPU folding and 2 for feeding the graphics cards, there's nothing left for the rest of the computer, and it is a complete pig!
