Several minutes after downloading starts, the log does not show download progress and download never ends. Downloading WUs for CPU has no problem. Please check the log below, pay attention to the time stamp. On 16:46:37, download progress is 2.07%, after that, no progress at all.
Code: Select all
6:41:58:WU01:FS01:Downloading 51.29MiB
Have you got the bit of the log before that to show which server it was downloading from?

There are a number of folks working on the slow download problems. Some are part of the FAH team and some are campus network administrators -- and they have to service requests from anybody the uses the campus network. (Sometimes they're prompt ... and sometimes they're not.)

155.247.166.220 works for me, my CPU receives its assignment from it with no problem.
Instead, 140.163.4.241 has problems with my network. The collection server of GPU slot and queue always pointing to 0.0.0.0. I wonder if this is where the problem is.

Those are the symptoms of having way too many volunteer Donors and too few servers and too few FAH people to keep enough work available for everyone. Continue to be patient and we'll get over these limitations. Help is on the way.
