The only ribbon risers that handle 75W, are 16x to 16x risers.
The rest should run at 35w.

Thanks for explanation, I thought that all the power delivery is handled via X1 segment of PCIE slot.

The +12V is.
The ground wires aren't.
There's a possibility that some 8x connectors also can run at 75W, but the majority of them operate at 35W.
The card gets it's power from the top connectors.

The SATA connector ITSELF is only rated for 54 watts of 12VDC - many if not most cards used in folding WILL PULL MORE POWER THAN THAT FROM THE MOTHERBOARD/RISER.
Just don't do it - the PCI-E motherboard connector HAS A 75 WATT SPEC for 12VDC alone and there have been cards that EXCEEDED THAT SPEC by a few watts - plus you lose a few watts in the riser power conversion circuitry as well for 3.3 and 5v power to THOSE pins on the PCI-E slot.

Just don't do it.

Sata connectors are rated at 75W. They have 2 grounds, 2x +12V, and 1x +5V cable.
Without the 5v they're rated for 70W.
The single line SATA cables have only 1x 35W power supply.
It won't matter much, as a GPU gets most of it's power from the top 6 or 8pin connectors.
