This topic discusses problems with the ancient series 8000/9000 GPUs. The Fermi GPU is more modern and should not need those settings.

Sorry, I was looking at the log posted by massenbg. Guess that's what confused me. That log with the G92 cards is what I was referencing thereafter

I have been running folding on my file server for a long time CPU. Well now it is fall and starting to get cooler out so i want to blast out some folding i installed in on my main PC with i7-2600k and 2 GTX570s and that system is banging it out fine...

But my wife's PC with an E4800 @ 3.4ghz and 2 Nvidia Quadro FX 3700 just say ready looks like it cant download the first work unit to start... I was getting the same deal when she had a GTX9800+

Your post has been merged with an existing topic on folding with pre-Fermi GPU's such as the GTX 9800 and Quadro FX3700. Core_11 work for these has been unavailable for over a year. See my post - viewtopic.php?f=61&t=27765#p276838 - for directions to enable folding on the remaining Core_15 projects that can run on some pre-Fermi GPU's.
