I agree: Give folks time to fully imploiment the new structure. (Sure, the link will help.)
Given time, I believe this should improve FAH unications, but Stanford should be able to expect the Donors to take on some responsiblity. I have a problem with somebody who gripes about communications who, at the same time, does not read the blog, at least periocially.

Also the overall user count thread was not really a question that FAH alone could answer if i was more of a user thought's on what is currentley happening in the DC world. And it was actually quite civil imho, why is it still locked ?

The discussion was only "quite civil" because a number of posts were removed and/or not approved Beyond that most of the points had already been made more than once in that topic and prior ones, and the topic itself had gone off-topic from its original post. I don't see this topic being unlocked.
