Re: a4 10% bonus not applied

I've had another couple of WUs where the 10% bonus didn't get applied, both from the same client (Core2 Duo, Ubuntu if that's relevant).
Config section from log, as I know I'll get asked for it:
8585 (1,7,62) a few days ago, actual credit was 5226:
and 6099 (3, 5, 483) tonight, actual credit was 5048:
(I've removed all the intermediate fold times etc to keep the size reasonable, I can provide them if required of course.)
As far as I can tell another WU from the same client was OK, and both the above were returned well within the timeout. Have I missed something or is there still a problem?
