Okay, as per a suggestion I've added extra option for gpu slots: name=client-type, value=beta, and now it finally works. I have two gpu slots, indexes 0 and 1, GK104 [Geforce GTX680] working now, each on its own work unit. Thanks a lot!

UPD: In case anyone wonders, GTX 690 gives approximately 30,000 points per day (~15k per each of two gpus).

We have proposed changes to GPUs.txt that will fix the problem with misidentified GTX 680s but Stanford has not updated the official file yet.
