Are you basing your complaint on the PPD reported by the V7 client? The TPF and PPD figures that V7 reports are known to be inaccurate. You would need to calculate the actual PPD based on how many points were awarded and the actual elapsed time. Personally, except for the occasional abnormal WU such as mentioned in postings other than yours, I find the PPD for these to be within normal variation for SMP projects. 7611's tend to be on the low side, but not excessively so.
