Going by the EOC stats, you have completed a grand total of 22 WU's since you restarted folding last October. Before that no work is shown as far back as March '09. I don't know how many WU's of the 240 from 2004 to 2009 you might have completed under the bonus program then, but the current bonus program was not announced until 2010. With the small number of WU's completed since then, it would not be hard to drop out of the 80% successful completion rate.

If a site moderator like ChelseaOilman who has access to this information states that the records show you have used 3 different passkeys, I would take that as a fact. Whether caused by a bad cut and paste or by entering the passkey incorrectly by other means, the records would show what passkey is associated with each WU submission. You may believe that you entered it correctly, but so far the facts support that you must not have done so at some point inadvertently. So unless they can find a program error that is misreading the passkey, apparently for just you since there are no other reports, I would not expect any adjustment that reinstated the bonus points. To get bonus points again the best method is probably to fold enough WU's to bring your completion rate back over 80%. Otherwise you could start with a new passkey by having it sent to a different email address and starting over to complete the initial 10 WU's needed to qualify for the bonus.

From 2004 to 2010 I use one core CPU,So I use classic FAH with no QRB wu.
After 2010-8 I bought an 4 core CPU,and joined WCG.Sometimes I come back FAH to test new v7 client and report bug to FAH(use max-uints=1 parameter I only calculated 1 WU when new beta client release). So I really didnt have so much QRB(smp) WU, it also means my successive rate is easily drop down 80%.
But this month when I test v7.1.52 ,from 2012-4-3 to 2012-4-7 I got bonus right ,and no WU was failed .But on 2012-4-10 after I finished a 3 days WU(Project 7809),my bonus gone ,my successive rate dropped .I just wondering why this happened .I can make sure I have no other machines running FAH with my passkey(only I knows it),I can also make sure I havent change my passkey in this period (ChelseaOilman may proved my word I had send my history config files to him).
I just want to figure out why my successive rate suddenly drop down 80% from 2012-4-7 to 2012-4-10 when I calculating Project 7809, even I have no WU returned or failed .
