For reference, the fah website has general install guides and general FAQs. Basic stuff. The fah wiki tends to be more technical or more in-depth. It also contains mostly the current public clients, fahcores, and previous (older) info.

All the beta info for V7 is currently residing in a Stanford development WIKI. If you or Jesse are interested in working in that one, I'll see what can be done about getting you access. LMK.

P.S. There multi-GPU install guide walk through on the FAH web site as well, for both console and GUI clients.
Thanks for the link to that guide. I read it over just now, and I think I'll try this one instead.

I can wait for your stuff to come out of beta, unless my mere running of something in beta testing would be of value to you, O 7im.

The fah guides are written like a women's skirt, long enough to cover the subject, but short enough to keep it interesting. PantherX's guide is exhaustive, homonymously speaking. ;)

You're welcome to try out v7 if you want. It does work really well, it just has some issues here and there that have to be taken care of before going on folding.stanford.edu. Some places to start:
http://folding.stanford.edu/English/WinGuide
https://fah-web.stanford.edu/projects/FAHClient
Bug tracker: https://fah-web.stanford.edu/projects/F ... p?show=all (note that those are alpha releases and so some of them may not be available for download)
Arguably one of the most noticeable bugs is that the ETA/PPD calculations are off. I hear they've made some really good progress in the alpha releases, so hopefully we'll see the finished product pretty soon.
