Q: Does smp require passkey for credit? Is it possible that he has his passkey entered wrong on the machines he is running smp on and therefore is not eligible for bigadv bonus points... if this were the case would he get smp bonus points? 12 wu for 300k ppd?

for kicks I am doing 10 quick smp ... even though he should be qualified with that user and passkey...
A passkey is not required. You can send points to any account without a passkey or with a different passkey. You just won't get a bonus.
If you put in an incorrect passkey (or change to a new one) 10 more WUs will be needed before you can get a bonus -- plus any WU which might have been active when you changed the passkey, which would also get no bonus.
The official stats allow you to query with a username only, with a passkey only, and with both a username and passkey. Only those results which match the data you enter will be reported.
