XP SP2 IE6 is now scrolling for me.

Java Version 6 Update 5 (build 1.6.0_05-b13)

EDIT: UF must have found the right tweak, as I hadn't changed anything that I know of. The only thing I did was reboot the computer since the last time I check. Didn't work before, now it does.
