Thanks, I read through what I could find on HFM.net, but there are no instructions, and I haven't a clue how it's used to monitor multiple machines, much less one machine. There is no field that I can see for machine name, IP, username, passkey, etc, nor any indication how any of it works or what it does.

All topics on it are related to bug fixes and updates, and opinions of how well it works. Even on their home site. It has a HELP button but with no content.

Share your folding folder (where the FAHLOG.txt file is) on each machine. Then use the clients label to add a client. Fill out the fields - specifically, instance name (machine name) and the location of the log folder. If you've done it correctly then it will list that machine giving % done, TPF, PPD, ETA, and a bunch more info. You can pick and choose what data you want to display by right clicking on the column headers and/or choosing view. Theres a lot of customizing you can do, if you want. There's also settings in the edit->preferences that you might want to go through to configure all the settings correctly.

If you go to the HFM.net home page, then click on the HFM.net features, installation, upgrading link. get yourself a Google groups account, sign in and then you can see a lot of what it can actually do with a screen shot of what it should look like.

If HFM.net is not to your liking, then try FAHMon. I don't think of it as being quite as full featured, but it has much better documentation.

Another approach is that you can configure all the F@h Clients in the FahMon and then you can import those settings into HFM.NET.
