We are all in the same boat. The longer it takes to get the WUs to the stats server, the less points we will get for
the A3s. This was discussed in the original post. That if something goes wrong, this could happen.

I think its best to shut down, wait for them to fix it. That way the AS doesn't get slammed, and slow up other work.
Or just switch to classic client.

For remote monitoring i'm using teamviewer, which takes up no more than some 20kb/s or so. With pretty simialr rules at work i never exceed the quota. In addition, it "goes through" almost any firewalls and domain burdens.

We have 171.64.65.54 up and serving standard A3's now. 171.64.65.53 remains down due to RAID issues. We may have to take them both down at some point to fix things, but they should be stable for the weekend. Coincidentally, we starting converting another server to standard A3 today, but it will take a few days before those work units are in release mode.

Still failing here as well.

--- edit ---

Server status is showing .54 iced (blue activity blocks) with all quantities zeroed out.

For a period of ten minutes or so I saw my client get assigned to the 130.237.232.140 server and then fail repeatedly to connect.

Although maybe it's just as well since every work unit I have processed from the 130.237.232.140 server has violated my configuration settings.

And sadly, still no assignment to the servers in question.

Certainly with bonus points in play, who require as fast as possible return of work ...

I was lucky; I stopped my SMP client last night, after I let it run with -oneunit, just couldn't get work when I started it this morning !

I 'm getting work now, from a server that is marked as 'classic' in the server Stats page.

130.237.232.140 has always been the server for 6011 through 6015 WU's I am surprised it did not take over when the other servers went down. May be it did it might be overloaded, but it appears the other 2 servers are completely off line at this time.

It looks like server .54 is receiving work at the moment but not assigning. We're continuing to work on the problem.
