Project: 3859 (Run 8744, Clone 0, Gen 10)

Post by BABackman »

Hello.

After many weeks of failed uploads, my waiting work unit finally made it back to the replacement/stand-in for 128.59.74.4. But, I haven't seen any points show up. Is there a way to see what happened?
I know it's quite a bit after the fact, but something was said about taking some time to get the stats updated once the units were uploaded to the interim server.

There have been repeated problems with that server. For a while it was down and uploads could not be accepted. Then uploads were accepted and credits did not appear. Then credits were provided for new uploads but the credits for the earlier uploads were still missing. I think that's still true. Once everything shakes out, I expect that the missing credits will be added manually, but that's rarely done quickly.
