viewer.exe has encountered an error
I just downloaded client 6.20 to two different XP computers with different processor speeds and both are getting the error "Viewer.exe has encountered an error and must close." The button choices are Debug and Close. Clicking close closes the blank window. I tried rebooting both but the error still comes back. This happens every time I click on display. Any ideas?

Re: viewer.exe has encountered an error
Welcome to the forums!
The display is buggy and does not work properly at the moment. Please so not use it until a new version has come out which explicitly states that the viewer has been fixed. And why that warning that was suggested has not been put on the website I don't know

Re: viewer.exe has encountered an error
This error on Windows either means the install was incomplete (unlikely) or you are having driver issues.
What is your OS/Card/driver version, etc.

PS We've also created this thread

for this issue more generically. How about you post there (and anyone else is free to post there too).
