You might be CPU limited ... RTX 5000 GPUs like latest generation CPU with big single core turbo.

Latest CPUs are boosting comfortably to 5+GHz frequencies.
3.7Ghz is slow by today's standards.
Now, I am not saying you must throw away your system and buy new one Just that compute demands are always increasing

A new build from scratch is already planned out.... for when memory prices at least halve!
But the Board Power Draw is OK fluctuating like that? I would rather the card uses more power to begin with, THEN I reduce the power (in Nvidia App). Then again the GPU clock speed looks fine in the 2700's, and the GPU Load isn't as bad.
I just wish I would stop getting p18245's so I can get a better idea!

Board power is dependent on the GPU load and utilisation. If CPU is unable to feed the GPU quick enough, GPU is underutilised, GPU power as well as board power drop

Plus this being an AM4 PCIe 3 gen mobo, all makes sense now, I just didn't anticipate it being that sensitive. At least I know it's actually working just fine regardless. Thanks everyone

Bus interface load at 100% ... it's probably the bottleneck.

I think 5060 only support 8x speed ... so with a PCIe 3.0, it's probably not enough.

Can you post a screen shot of the Graphics card tab ?

I would look at clocks, and people are bumping them fairly substantially in many cases.

I have a 2400G, 16G memory, and a 5060ti on Win10. Same PCIE 3.0 x 8. Though the bus interface load will show near or at 100% average when overclocked, it will leave a few percent at stock clocks. This is with hardware accelerated GPU turned on, which is a suspect area sometimes.

But regardless, the bus will handle throughput up into the 7.4M PPD range at least, and I'm running with a not at all top level GPU. I think I've seen a few on the Discord mention over 8M PPD, though they might be on PCIE 4 or 5. With less system I run an average on 18245 of just short of 7M PPD and usually runs power limited to 85% or lower, but with clocks bumped +400.

If you have a GPU with a conservative BIOS and such, it's hard to push the card near TGP. With some clock bumps it will get closer, but not always there on that project. I'm not sure if there are more projects for the 5060 or if you've just been unlucky enough to get nothing but one project.
