Many 12495 fails at approx 44%

Failrate around 30 %.
Always fails at 42% to 45% complete.
Every failed WU has a history of fails with many users.

1046 (R0,1,2,3,4, C0, G0) fails too.

News from the researcher: The parameters for projects 12495 and 12497 are changed to block failing work units faster from being reassigned. This way all current problematic runs are blocked, and it will stop future issues sooner. That will reduce the failure rate you may see on these projects while still allowing progress on the runs that are fine. They'll keep an eye on those projects as well.
