WUs randomly getting dumped, and paused and not restarting

I do not know why, but WUs sometimes get randomly dumped. And also randomly paused and do not restart. I have a 90% complete 14 hour WU that suddenly decided to disappear. It is still under recent Work Unit History, but is shown as pending with no way to finish the last 10%. Alongside this I have 3 more such cases plus 4 dumped works.
I use windows 11, and have a good gaming pc I am running this on.
TBH, I do not really care about the dumped WU as they can be picked up by others (the time and electricity wasted hurts but is not lethal). However, I fear that the pending work is simply stuck and is unable to be completed by anyone until the due date comes up.
I am relatively new, so I would welcome any and all guidance.

Please upgrade to 8.5.3 beta. It should fix some issues you're having.
