Flatiron Institute server doesn't accept dumped WUs

Having paused all my WUs yesterday, I turned on my computer (from shutdown) this morning and restarted the WUs.
WU 18806 immediately went into 'Dump Wait' and the logs show this (slightly edited to remove lines from other WUs):

I've tried setting the number of CPUs to 0, I've tried just letting it run and get a new WU, but none of this seems to be happening.
Any help would be much appreciated!

EDIT: A new WU has been assigned, but 18806 is still trying and failing to dump.

From the Server Stats page -https://apps.foldingathome.org/serverstats - that WS is down and has been for a couple days. Not sure when it will be back up.
