Core 24 and Project 18230

Core 24 is failing over and over on project 18230 for me. Core 24 downloads, and is rejected as identical to an already downloaded Core 24. Then the project downloads and fails to start 5 times...returns the fail message to the fah server and downloads a new project. I don't know if the problem is the downloaded core or 18230, but I have not seen anything but 18230 tried on my machines with Core 24. Thanks.
