I stopped receiving my points

I have 3 PCs that are running F@H, 1 CPU and 2 GPU. I suddenly stopped receiving all bonus points a few days ago. I tried reinstalling the clients, 8th version, 7th - no difference. I reentered my passkey - no difference. Can someone help me figure out what's going on? Username VRoman, team 47191.

At some point your systems downloaded a large number of WUs that were not returned successfully within the deadlines and your completion percentage dropped below 80%. Currently that percentage is at ~78%. You can check your bonus status with the one of the apps here - https://apps.foldingathome.org. The Recent CPUs app does show three of your folding slots last returned WUs for bonus points at the end of July and have not returned any since then. You may be able to find when this happened by checking the current and older logs on the 3 PCs.

I suspect the problem was with my 3rd GPU. It has been removed from the PC 5 days ago. My water cooling system got clogged and it kept overheating. That video card was probably what caused the frequent dumps of downloaded tasks. Is there anyway to check which machine and which GPU was not returning the WUs?

Also this brings up the point that 8th client is terrible when it comes to checking logs. The error log is too short to be able to catch issues. I need to be able to see all hardware failures within a month to make sure it runs smoothly. I don't check this more than twice a week and of course when I do look everything is working fine.

Is there anyway to re-enable the bonus points for my profile? Also, is there a way to check my current percentage of completed WUs? Not the all time WUs, but let's say one month interval? This way I can keep track of it too.

Without a third party monitoring app, there is no way I know of to tell easily which folding slot was not returning WUs. For v7 clients that would be HFM.net, it hasn't been updated for v8 clients yet. HFM.net also keeps a record of WUs worked on and points earned.

The v8.4.n Alpha client is getting some WU history features added. I haven't worked with it much yet, so am not really familiar with how much it shows.

As for the logs, the v7 client keeps 16 older logs by default and that can be changed with an option. v8 defaults to rotating the log every 24 hours and retaining the last 99. Not certain on the details of changing those defaults in v8. Not easy to search through in either case, but with a range of dates you can limit which need to be checked.

Re-enabling bonus points will either take doing enough WUs successfully to bring the percentage back up over 80% or getting a new passkey and doing 10 WUs. I haven't worked out how WUs would be needed for the 1st option. Getting a new passkey would take using a different username and the same email or changing the email to get the passkey delivered to. The username entered to get a passkey does not need to match the username entered into the client.

As for keeping track of a current percentage, I think HFM.net can be used for that with v7. Not sure how to do that for the released version of v8 short of checking the logs for how many were download and returned for credit. I will have to look further at the v8.4 alpha tests to see what they can do on the WU history side.

I appreciate your help. I was able to get a new pass key going with another email. Now my completion rate is 99.60 percent and I am receiving my bonus points. Thank you!

For the future reference I wish there was a lot of all downloaded tasks and errors why it wasn't returned if there were any problems. That would help to keep machines running at their best.
