Limited support for Intel iGPUs is now available.
1) FAHClient must be 7.6.21 or greater.
2) Install the latest Intel GPU drivers from http://downloadcenter.intel.com
(It is supported directly as an optional Windows driver.)
3) You will probably have to add the option GPU-BETA set to TRUE for it to work.
For those looking for Linux graphics display support, if using it as a desktop, it is recommended to use the software provided by your operating system distribution vendor.
As I understand it, when any new GPU is used for the first time, it will start getting benchmarking assignments if you set gpu-beta=true. Once a certain quantity of assignments are completed (by you or by somebody else), the GPU will be granted access to the appropriated class of regular projects and the gpu-beta flag can be removed. [Please report back if that seem to be either correct or incorrect.]
You probably will want to remove the pause-on-start client setting that we've recommended in the past.
GPUs must be Intel Gen 9 or greater. Future support for Gen>9 can be expected in the future. For Gen<9, no support is planned.
Drivers for MacOS may be available. I'll update this message when they're found.
Drivers for Linux supplied in the distro are fine: Example on ubuntu: apt install intel-opencl-icd ; sudo usermod -a -G render $LOGNAME ; apt install ocl-icd-opencl-dev
If the GPU will only be used for "compute", you can instead follow instructions from https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/index.html to get a more up-to-date stack.

The assigned projects are expected to be limited to very small proteins, consistent with the relatively limited computational capabilities of the hardware. For CPU-only computers (such as laptops) the additional heat generated may or may not be a problem.
