Bonus points not being allocated?

Recently (some of) my folding seems to not be attracting any bonus points. As the WU is running it shows expected points in the range 90,000 to 130,000 but the upload completion final credit estimate shows around 10% of the run-time estimate.

It may be that this only happens when the work server fails to accept the upload as in this example, which showed an estimated score of 95000 or so throughout the run:

Could this be part of the problem that is preventing team scores from being updated?

EDIT: Should have said, I have well over ten WUs successfully completed and was receiving the bonus points until recently.

EDIT 2: Confirming my suspicions, it does seem that this only happens when the upload to the work server fails.

There are a number of issues with WU points right now (various causes - feel free to browse the many topic threads on these) but upshot is that the team are aware of these and as resource allows will work to rectify them … FAH have a great record of retrospectively resolving points issues so at some point they should all catch up - but it may take a while (possible days/weeks not minutes/hours) but please cut them some slack as I think they might be a tad overworked right now just getting WUs farmed out to the 20x larger community and getting the results back in.

Thanks Neil. Yes, of course, the points system is just the icing on the cake - the useful work goes on inside, out of sight. What we see as clients is the icing, it gives us some idea of how useful our contribution to the cake is. I'm certainly not complaining, indeed I hope that my observations might be useful to the team. As far as I am concerned the team should take as long as it likes: points are a low priority. They are doing a great job getting WUs out to our hungry clients! That is what really matters.

From your logs it looks like one of the known issues where points are lagging - where the Work Server is busy and a Collection Server - the log will allow someone to check it is this so was well worth posting
