Change Identity problem

I installed the software today with no issues and logged on as an individual. Later in the day I went opened the software in order to join a Team that my son had set up. When I open the software the screen flashes every 2-3 seconds, any links to change identify or stop the folding or anything else do not work as the screen keeps flashing. The screen says it is still loading my information. However this goes on indefinitely and never changes, so I cannot make any changes. Can you help?

I believe this is identified as a browser-specific issue, and most specifically Chrome/Chromium. Which by now certainly as to base includes most any browser, including Microsoft Edge, but no issues with Firefox here at least. If you have the ability to try with a different browser that might be useful.

I did a Clear Cache as someone else suggested, took care of the problem. Thanks.
