Points resetted!

Post by FrancescoSciumè »

I everybody,
my name is Francesco and i am a new donor. Last week i started donating after seeing a video from Gamer Nexus and all the installation and configuration went fine. I just noticed that when i created an identity and i asked for a passkey, that never came. So i tried a couple other times until, some day after, i received one. But when i inserted the passkey in my identity my points resets itself. What can i do to transfer those? I don't want to lose 55k, i know they are pointless, but i care, make me feel better with what i'm doing.
Thank you

Wait, are you saying the points went from 55k down to 0 after you entered your passkey? Did you change your name or team number?
F@h is now the top computing platform on the planet and nothing unites people like a dedicated fight against a common enemy. This virus affects all of us. Lets end it together.

Once you enter a passkey, the Web Control will only show you points associated with that username and passkey. The points you earned prior to getting your passkey are not associated with the passkey, so they stop showing up. I think if you click on "see stats" it will show you all the points associated with the user id, including the ones that you earned before getting the passkey. For me, there's about a 2 million point difference between the two numbers.

I can also provide screenshot because if i remove the passkey my points shows up, while when i insert it the points go to 0. Now i'm continuing to donate with the passkey and i'm going to finish some WU with it just now, but i would like to have those restored if it's possible.
