GPU stalled
duel gpu's 1060 & 960
960 stalled, I believe I'm now connected to monitor to the 960 displays on monitor.
Speccy gives temps for both, one is warmer that the other
Should both video cards HDMI be able to display to screen? One at a time so as to validate working not working??

Re: GPU stalled
Okay both GPU's display to monitor via HDMI connection, one at a time.
To me that, says both 1060 960 functional but, only one working.
To me updating gpu software, would not be helpful, as one is working
1060 31 C
960 71 C

Re: GPU stalled
So to be clear,
you have 2 gpu's installed, F@H is supposed to be running on both of them but it looks like only one is working?

Re: GPU stalled
Correct! Updated driver to 442.59 WHQL, now both stalled. Is that the correct driver for Fah & Gpus?
Had lunch, then looked at 'advanced' fah showed both gpu's running.
2 more machines to get fah squared away

Re: GPU stalled
IF adfvanced control is showing both running and the temps are in teh 60-70deg C range then all is good. Overrloaded servers are causing long delays in getting work units out to everybody.
Re: GPU stalled
Hi Nathan_P,
Definitely maybe, a combo worked, if it was one or the other not sure
All 4 machines, got the M$ update for netframework, all got a cold restart, all got 442.59 WHQL. Now all 6 GPU's & all 4 cpus, back to normal. Thank you!
Team viewer Free,, time's out within a minute, used to be good, now it's irksome, as they want you to purchase
Any good replacements for Team Viewer??

Re: GPU stalled
Absolutely massive numbers of new users due to recent events, tweets about F@h's work on COVID-19 by Intel and Nvidia, and about 30 news articles. Servers are just slammed at the moment and they are trying to get more online and more work into the queue. viewtopic.php?f=61&t=32424Ricorocks wrote:Why are servers overloaded, increase in newbies folding, or other?
F@h is now the top computing platform on the planet and nothing unites people like a dedicated fight against a common enemy. This virus affects all of us. Lets end it together.
