No stats available for donors and teams

All of the links below are returning 502 bad gateway, any updates as to when access to team/donor stats will return?

I am seeing this as well. I'd like to know if this is silently preventing returns from work loads. I'm burning 1kW on FAH@home as a hobby and if it's all for not I'll stop processing to save some on my electric bill till this is resolved.

NO, this is not preventing returns of WU's. The site that is affected is a database front end to provide information on results to folders. WU's are being accepted and the points resulting from those returns are being entered into the database.

In addition the stats reports generated for third party stats reporting sites are still being created. Those sites are still updating from those reports.

So... does this mean anyone's working on this? There's no indication anyone even knows it's an issue, lest there'd be some activity showing that stats are down or something.

The stats at EOC are still updating, so everything behind the scenes is obviously still working correctly. If you need to see your stats, take a look over there.

Personally, as long as I am able to download work units, turn in completed work units, and get credit for the ones turned in, I have no worries. If it takes a day or two to get the web site fixed, then that's what it takes.

Is this the problem why Users are matched with the same ID?
Shooty from Team RamblingWaffles and me ShootY from Team SETI.Germany have the same User ID.

I'm new in here but remember: SETI@home is going into hybernation and many many User will come and start Folding@home.

If the stats aren't fixed and Users are linked together you will scare them away from the start on!

What was the Project, Run, Clone and Gen (PRCG) numbers of the completed WU that you submitted? That can be looked up, and they can also check for any logs that might not have been entered into the database (rarely happens).

Are you sure that you returned the WU ? How to provide enough info to get helpful support.

Another question: Why does a WU easily finish in just under an hour on a Ryzen 2700X but a GPU WU takes 5 hours on a GTX1070? It's not that terrible of a graphics card.
Previous gen medium-high range, sure no enthusiast card.

Each project is different, you can't compare WUs between projects, even more between CPUs and GPUs ... to compare performances on FAH, we use PPD (points per days).

The bad gateway message was from the database front end server, not the database itself. Stats were recorded and even the update files created that are used by third party sites to track folding stats.

Your log will show the upload, and gives the WU PRCG info. Post that and we or you can look that up, see apps.foldingathome.org.

Whilst this is no space to brag, sure it returned them, I watched the last few percent finish and I run all kind of software and systems, headless linux servers.
I see no reason why any packets would have been dropped. But I could see that the stats servers on the folding backend returned 502 bad gateway like OP stated.

Maybe, but I still can't check anything without a log containing the references of a WU that you returned ...
